A two year warranty was introduced in the Irish market in November 2001 and September 1, 2005, saw the introduction of a two-year, Europe-wide new vehicle warranty for all Mercedes-Benz passenger cars.
The contractual warranty undertaking is provided by the national Mercedes-Benz organisation which sells you the vehicle. The warranty is effective from the date of delivery or, if earlier, the date of initial registration, with unlimited mileage. The warranty supplements the statutory liability for material defects and gives you extra peace of mind for the first two years.
The area of validity for the new vehicle warranty comprises the European Union member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. |
