Since 1 July 2008 the after-sales system first introduced in 2007 has been available in 35 European countries for all Mercedes-Benz passenger car model series. With this system, Mercedes-Benz expanded the tried and tested service documentation for the E-Class, CLS-Class, SL-Class and SLK-Class to the entire passenger car model range.

If your digital service report does at some point go missing, we can still access the service data of your vehicle and provide you with information you need at any time. All service documentation is in the best hands - for the life of your vehicle, protected in our central Mercedes-Benz database.
