The intuitive, cutting-edge controls ensure that nothing will distract you from the delights on offer - such as the active multicontour seats. With inflatable air chambers and seat climate control, these offer the ultimate in seating comfort as well as excellent lateral support in bends, courtesy of the dynamic function. In addition, eight massage programmes provide for enhanced wellbeing and make every trip a particular delight.

On the road, the vehicle offers a whole new level of dynamism and comfort and delivers the type of driving enjoyment with which G-Class drivers have long been familiar in off-road terrain.

The G-Class reconciles opposites. Luxury meets adventure and ruggedness is combined with protection. Inside, high-quality materials and high-class appeal provide for a particularly refined atmosphere and impart an absolutely safe and secure feeling. The new COMAND Online system supports the driver with additional functions which noticeably take the strain out of driving on every trip. The ambient lighting bathes the interior in any of 64 selectable light moods if desired, and the optional Burmester® surround sound system treats the occupants to the ultimate audio experience.

The vehicle also offers substantially more space for all those on board. Newly designed seats upholstered in finest nappa leather impart a feeling of security and the optionally available massage function provides for relaxation, whether you are in city traffic or far away from civilisation.

* The electric glass sliding sunroof allows more light and air into your vehicle. Even when closed, and especially when open, it lends a brighter ambience to the interior. When the sliding roof is open, there is a pleasant flow of fresh air with no draughts. A movable headlining gives protection from the sun.
