Even visually the cab of the new Sprinter Platform Vehicle, with its typical Mercedes-Benz radiator grille and the modern design headlamps, is a highlight. The cockpit was also re-designed and impresses thanks to its excellent functionality. For example, with an intelligent, modular stowage compartment concept and KEYLESS-START. The loading area of up to 9.2 m2 is enclosed by high-quality aluminium side boards. This creates a robust loading area that is suitable for pallets and can accommodate two 1200 x 1000 mm industrial pallets side by side.
In order to make work as economical and pleasant as possible, a radio and various multimedia systems and connectivity solutions are available for the Sprinter upon request. Depending on requirements, the offer ranges from the smartphone holder to the radio with Bluetooth® interface and hands-free function, as well as the multimedia system with high-resolution touchscreen, fast hard-disk navigation with 3D map display and smartphone integration. Operation is just the way you want it: simple. The multimedia systems can be operated via the high-resolution touchscreen or the multifunction steering wheel, for example. All operating and display units are easy to reach and read.
The Sprinter Platform Vehicle with its loading area of up to 9.2 m2 opens up a plethora of possibilities: thanks to its impressively versatile range of variants, you can configure vehicles with a permissible gross mass of up to 5500 kg. If required, a trailer load of up to 3500 kg can additionally be attached.
The solid basis of the Sprinter is formed by its bodyshell, which is particularly stable thanks to its construction and the material composition. In addition, there are numerous assistance systems. After all, even the most experienced driver can get into situations in which support can be welcome and helpful. The range extends from the standard Crosswind Assist to Active Brake Assist11 and Lane Keeping Assist1. Should the worst ever come to the worst, the standard-fit airbag can help to protect the driver in a collision. 5 further airbags are available for driver and co-driver upon request.

In the standard cab there is space for up to 3 people, in the crewcab even small teams can drive to their destination with up to 7 people. In addition, numerous bodybuilder solutions in proven quality are available for special industry requirements.
