In the event of immobility due to a technical failure, the standard Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan breakdown assistance takes over the costs for many services. For example on-the-spot assistance, towing, replacement vehicle, taxi, hotel and more. In addition, in the first two years after initial registration, Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan offers special mobility services in warranty and goodwill cases.

We have faith in our vehicles. So much faith that you can enjoy Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan cover for up to 30 years – at no extra cost to you. It suffices that you have your vehicle serviced and maintained on a regular basis by an authorised Mercedes-Benz Service Partner. Thereafter, Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan cover is automatically extended up until the next due service – for up to 30 years. Mercedes-Benz MobiloVan cover can be reactivated at any time, even if the last service was several years ago.
