Your Mercedes-Benz. Our Digital Extras.
Right from the start, your Mercedes-Benz has more to offer than you might at first realise. Depending on your vehicle model, the special equipment you have chosen, the year of manufacture and the country, many Digital Extras for topics such as remote, navigation, charging, GUARD 360° and entertainment are included for a term of 36 months from the date of purchase of the new vehicle[1]. If you would like to continue to benefit from the advantages of the Digital Extras after the initial term, you can renew them with just a few clicks in the Mercedes me Store. If you wish to purchase additional Digital Extras not purchased during the vehicle purchase, you can do so at any time in the Mercedes me Store.[1] The use of the Digital Extras requires the permanent acceptance of the Terms of Use of Mercedes me connect and the Mercedes me ID in the respective valid version, the permanent pairing of the vehicle to the Mercedes me user account and activation of the Digital Extras. First-time activation of the services is possible within 1 year of initial registration or commissioning by the customer, whichever comes first. Upon expiry of the initial term, Digital Extras can be renewed for a fee, through the Mercedes me Store, provided they are still available for the corresponding vehicle at that point. The use of some Digital Extras also requires the conclusion of a data contract for comfort data volume from a third party. Alternatively, depending on the generation of your multimedia system, a data volume must be available over the internet in the car or, if possible, your own data volume must be used through tethering.
