[1]The use of Digital Extras requires permanent acceptance of the Mercedes me ID Service Terms and Terms of Use for Digital Extras in their applicable versions, the permanent pairing of the vehicle with the Mercedes-Benz user account and, if applicable, the activation of the Digital Extras.
Upon expiry of the term, the Digital Extras can be renewed for a fee in the Mercedes-Benz Store provided they are still offered for the corresponding vehicle at that point.
In addition, the use of some Digital Extras requires separate customer-owned contracts with third parties (e. g. streaming, comfort data volume). Alternatively to comfort data volume, depending on the generation of your multimedia system, data volume must be available via Internet in the Car or, where possible, your own data volume will need to be used via tethering.
Information on personal data processed for the use of Digital Extras may be found in the Digital Extra privacy policy.
The connection of the communication module to the mobile network, including the emergency call system, depends on the respective network coverage and availability of the network providers.
[2]The specified values were determined in accordance with the prescribed measurement procedure WLTP (Worldwide harmonised Light-duty vehicles Test Procedures). The fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions of a passenger car depend not only on the efficient utilisation of fuel by the car, but also on the driving style and other non-technical factors.
[3]The Parking Package systems with remote parking functions are aids only. They are no substitute for the driver's awareness of the surroundings. The driver remains responsible during the entire parking and manoeuvring process and must monitor parking manoeuvres, intervening when necessary. The driver must ensure that there are no people, animals or objects, etc. in the vehicle's path. German Road Traffic Regulations and, if necessary, country-specific special features must be observed.
