Mercedes-Benz App The digital connection to your Mercedes-Benz With the Mercedes-Benz App, you have access to your Mercedes-Benz at any time and anywhere[1]. A glance at your smartphone is enough to tell you whether all the windows are closed, how far your tank or battery will take you or whether the tyre pressure is correct. With the Mercedes-Benz App, you can also locate your vehicle and be warned if, for example, the sunroof or doors are not closed. Moreover, since the integration of the Store App into the Mercedes-Benz App, all the advantages of the Digital Extras are even more bundled.
Everything under control Open or close doors, windows and sliding sunroofs remotely with the Mercedes-Benz App. Start the auxiliary heating/ventilation or programme it for your departure time. And if you have a Mercedes-Benz with electric drive, you can use pre-entry climate control for your vehicle. All with just one simple gesture.

    [1]The use of Digital Extras requires permanent acceptance of the Mercedes me ID Service Terms and Terms of Use for Digital Extras in their applicable versions, the permanent pairing of the vehicle with the Mercedes-Benz user account and, if applicable, the activation of the Digital Extras.

    Upon expiry of the term, the Digital Extras can be renewed for a fee in the Mercedes-Benz Store provided they are still offered for the corresponding vehicle at that point.

    In addition, the use of some Digital Extras requires separate customer-owned contracts with third parties (e. g. streaming, comfort data volume). Alternatively to comfort data volume, depending on the generation of your multimedia system, data volume must be available via Internet in the Car or, where possible, your own data volume will need to be used via tethering.
