The Mercedes-Benz new-vehicle warranty is valid in the European Union member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland. All EQ vehicles have an overall 24-month manufacturers warranty without mileage limitation. Please see warranty guidelines for HV batteries below;
EQA/EQB/EQC - 8 years or up to a mileage of max. 160,000km for the HV battery only.*
EQS/EQE - 10 years or up to a mileage of max. 250,000km for the HV battery only.*
Plug-In Hybrid model series - 6 years or up to a mileage of max. 100,000 km for the HV battery only.*
