The Integrated Maintenance Package. The Integrated Maintenance Package is part of the standard equipment of your electric van and fully covers the costs of maintenance work [1] at your Mercedes-Benz service partner. It applies to the first four maintenance operations within the first four years or up to 160,000 km. The maintenance interval for all electric vans is one year or 40,000 km.

By regularly and professionally inspecting the high-voltage components and other vehicle parts and functions, we ensure the operational readiness and residual value of your electric van. Operating costs are also reduced as standard. If you sell your vehicle within this four-year period, the Integrated Maintenance Package is transferable to the new owner.

The Mercedes-Benz battery certificate. Our all-electric vans come with a free battery certificate, which you receive with the purchase of the vehicle. This means that, in addition to the statutory liability for material defects and the new vehicle warranty, you also receive the following warranty:

For a total period of eight years from delivery or initial registration or up to a total mileage [1] of 160,000 km, the maximum residual capacity of the high-voltage batteries in the battery pack is not less than 70 % of initial capacity [3]. This gives you the certainty that your vehicle will be reliably available for your business for a very long time.

If you opt for the Mercedes-Benz eSprinter from model year 2024 [4] onwards, you can extend the certificate by a further 140,000 km to a total of eight years/300,000 km. This battery certificate extension is available as part of the Mercedes-Benz ServiceCare eComplete+ package.

    High-voltage battery repair. If your vehicle’s high-voltage battery needs to be repaired, you can count on the leading technological expertise of Mercedes-Benz: with our high-voltage battery repair centre, we are expanding our range of services for electric vans. Almost all components of a high-voltage battery can be repaired here, from modules and control electronics to current sensors. This approach is significantly more cost-effective than replacing the entire battery. Button
    Digital support. We help you to increase the availability of your vehicle and plan ahead. You can digitally monitor the health of your electric vehicle remotely at any time. This allows you to identify at an early stage when a service appointment is due – which you can then easily book with us, 24/7.     [5] The following conditions must be met for Mercedes-Benz Mobile Service to be carried out: Your vehicle must be located on private property (private premises/business site) with a solid surface and reliable mobile network coverage. The owner or leaseholder of the property must consent to the work being carried out. A minimum clearance of 1.5 metres around the vehicle is required. The service technician will assess the working environment on site prior to starting. The requirements depend on the specific work to be carried out. The service technician will check these conditions before commencing work and inform you of any limitations to the service in advance, if applicable.

    [6] A service fee is charged for travel to and from your location, which will be communicated to you prior to confirming your booking. The cost of travel is set by the selected service partner.
