Once you have contacted the Customer Assistance Center, our mobile Mercedes-Benz Service24h technicians will quickly respond and arrive on site at any time throughout Europe. They use their expertise to get your van up and running again and your business back on the road.

If your vehicle must be towed to the workshop after a breakdown or accident, our Roadside Assistance Experts will handle the situation. As the link between you and our Mercedes-Benz service partner, they are always informed about the processes and support the service partner with expertise.

If your van remains at the service partner for more than three working days, our Roadside Assistance Experts step in even more proactively. They provide technical expertise, assist with sourcing materials and spare parts, and help speed up the process – so you can get back on the road and focus on your business as quickly as possible.

The rescue sticker. When every second counts

Mercedes-Benz supports rescue teams with a rescue sticker designed to help recover people from accident vehicles. By scanning the QR code on the sticker, emergency responders gain immediate access to the vehicle’s rescue card. This clearly highlights the locations of critical components such as airbags, fuel tanks, electrical cables and pressure systems within the van. Faster access to this information can enable quicker intervention and save lives - especially when every second counts.

MobiloVan is valid for all vehicles with initial registration from 1 October 2012 for an initial period of two years without servicing requirements and is then extended from service to service by an authorised Mercedes-Benz workshop for up to 30 years. The current versions of the Mercedes-Benz Mobilo services are valid for the V-Class, EQV, X-Class, T-Class, EQT, Marco Polo and Marco Polo HORIZON models.
