[1] The following conditions must be met for Mercedes-Benz Mobile Service to be carried out: Your vehicle must be located on private property (private premises/business site) with a solid surface and reliable mobile network coverage. The owner or leaseholder of the property must consent to the work being carried out. A minimum clearance of 1.5 metres around the vehicle is required. The service technician will assess the working environment on site prior to starting. The requirements depend on the specific work to be carried out. The service technician will check these conditions before commencing work and inform you of any limitations to the service in advance, if applicable.
[2] A service fee is charged for travel to and from your location, which will be communicated to you prior to confirming your booking. The cost of travel is set by the selected service partner.
